We are hearing great things about the Summer to the Max curriculum! Everyone loved it whether it was used as a replacement for VBS or added to other summer programs of the church. Here are some of the many positive comments:
“ SUMMER TO THE MAX for the win!! Our 1st year doing it and we’ve had nothing but positive feedback!! We went from 6-8 kids in our 2nd service to 20-25 kids every Sunday this summer!”
“We just finished our first STTM…Last year we had 17 children at our VBS. This year we had 40 children take part in STTM! Lots of other “wins” for us too!”

Micheal and Kari have been busy at the Christian Church of Riverton, Wyoming for the past few weeks.
Here is a brief list of what was accomplished during their visit:
- Set up and trained volunteers on Lessons.church children’s curriculum.
- Set up and implemented FreeShow.
- Designed and launched the church website.
- Set up the church online donation page.
- Helped build a handicap ramp for the church entry.
- Made friends with brothers and sisters in Christ.
- Encouraged the believers and gave advice on ministry procedures.
Chums is now available in 13 languages! English, German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Italian, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Tagalog, and Chinese. No need to swap language in the app. It'll detect it from your browser preferences. In the past month, half of our registrations are from international churches, everywhere from India to Singapore. Having Chums in their own language makes a huge difference.
You spoke and we listened. Our users have asked for several additions and enhancements to our web design tool. We have made some substantial changes. You will notice that the tool is much easier to navigate and more intuitive.
The main navigation bar has been moved to the left for easy access and use.
We have added a few features which were requested by our users. One of the most popular is “Background Opacity” control. This allows you to control whether you want your background image to be shaded or bright.
Another added feature is the "Edit Content" button. This button allows the user to browse through the page and double click on elements which need to be edited.
Page settings can now be easily accessed through the "Page Settings" link in the top right corner of the page
All in all, it's a great new look and is a giant step in ease of use. If you haven't used the web design tool, navigate over to your B1 account, click on the settings gear then "Website" and get started. You'll be amazed at how easy it is to make a quality website for your church.
